Job Description |

We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Business Development Manager, Display Graphics.  Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development and Marketing - Graphic Systems, this position will develop and drive the business plan required to grow FCAN’s market share in Display Graphics by providing clear product / solutions direction to Sales, Technical Services, Marketing, and our customers using expert level technical analysis.

Responsibilities will include:

Business Development
-Business Plan Development.
-Sales Engagement on Major Sales Cycles.
-Standardization of proposals and sales positioning.
-Actively involved in future development of technologies and solutions at both the early life cycle and evaluation stages.

Product Marketing
-Product life cycle management.  Products to include and exit portfolio.
-Forecast and demand planning.  Determining what is market opportunity for FCAN in each display graphics segment.
-Marketing Communication
        - Features and Benefits
        - Marcom for all stages in sales cycle ( Awareness, Knowledge, Commitment, Loyalty
-Participate in Industry functions, groups and internet sites to help promote Fujifilm and its products and solutions.

Technical Services
-Based on the Business Plan, develop and provide necessary training plans and support tools for service and technical organization to provide improved first level support.
-Vendor Resource and Training coordination.
-Consistent communication of relevant information to all technical staff.

Skills/Education:

-Excellent communication and leadership skills (verbal, written and presentation) as well as interpersonal skills.
-Detail oriented.
-Effective problem solver.
-Team building skills to bring together many parts of the organization in a collaborative effort.
-Project management skills and good organizational skills.
-8 plus years within the wide format / display graphics / digital printing market.rinting market.
